Description
This role will assist with provision of first-class internal corporate governance support to the various companies, partnerships and trusts, assisting with organising meetings, drafting agendas and preparing meeting packs, minuting and recording actions, assisting with annual board effectiveness review process, assisting with implementing internal governance framework and projects, managing new jurisdiction integration, assist with prepared tailored inductions and annual audit support, approve tax returns and financial statements, respond to CDD requests, maintain statutory books and registers, prepare and submit filings and notifications.
The successful candidate will preferably have governance and/or co sec role in-house gained in regulated environment and hold/be studying towards Chartered Governance Institute qualification; a plus is knowledge of Viewpoint, Worksite and Board Intelligence/equivalent; excellent organisation, communication and relationship building skills; proactive, diligent, able to multi-task and work under pressure to deadlines; able to work independently; strong attention to detail and accuracy; good problem solver.
