Our client is seeking the ideal candidate to o act as Director of Jersey fiduciary regulated legal entities, provide strategic and operational direction to fiduciary business units and fiduciary and risk related advice. He/she will be responsible for first line business risk management and quality assurance function, partnering with Corporate Functions; design, implement and monitor suitable quality measures to identify controls being undertaken, and .drive transparent risk transparent risk ownership through clear leadership and direction; ensure compliance with all regulatory rules; analyse performance and address gaps; coach and mentor individuals; comply with all policies.
