Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic, social and bold individual to define and progress sales targets and create a team structure which encourages driving new business and being confident with sales formula.  He/she will document client strategies and organise local sales campaigns; conduct annual client reviews; ensure deal management is high performing; support client and business retention; support team skills and competency development; ensure compliance, regulatory and risk policies adhered to; work with leadership team to ensure relationships built and maintained.

The ideal candidate will have good sales planning, competitive analysis, marketing concepts, and be able to manage people and present well as well as be competent problem solver.  He/she must have at least 5 years experience in securities services and client development with investment operations and bank custody knowledge, and be a results driven team player with ability to use initiative and work under pressure, and willing to travel.
