The HR Business Partner role operates as part of a small HR Team supporting approximately 190 employees across the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. This role provides guidance and support to senior management on a variety of HR-related operational matters, aligning with the business's objectives and needs. The HRBP ensures that HR policies, practices and procedures comply with legislative requirements across various jurisdictions while maintaining consistency throughout the company.
