Description
This is a standalone, flexible working role in Jersey to oversee 100+ people and be heavily involved in projects. The postholder will receive support with professional qualifications and an on-the-job training buddy. The successful candidate will need need 5+ years of experience in HR and confident in dealing with challenging conversations with experience in building effective relationships with employees and managers. Legal experience would be an advantage.
