Description

Our client has a great opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to provide 1st /2nd Line Service Desk support locally and remotely, ensuring accurate and timely service; supervising and conducting hardware break fix operations (hardware diagnostics, memory upgrades), basic network and workstation configuration in a Microsoft AD environment, technology asset procurement, local end user training, manage new hire setup including end user asset deployment (computers, phones, mobiles; raising concerns and provides recommendations through Service Desk trend analysis and observations; proactively creating and updating technical documentation; interacting with Group IT on Infrastructure, Security and operational IT issues; collaborating on specific projects; participating in on-call rotation.

If you have 2+ years experience in a similar role, are qualified in Computer Science, Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, with demonstrated ability to manage small technical projects end to end and work independently, experience working with core applications/systems, network administration and application support, ability to communicate to non-technical audience, then we would very much like to hear from you!  You also need effectively interpersonal, organisational and technical documentation skills, and to be able to multi-task, prioritise well and work under pressure.
