Description
Exciting fixed term contract role gaining exposure to high profile work and high level of responsibility working under Partner and fee earner support and mentorship and with a diverse team on a range of multi-jurisdictional matters and with clients from financial institutions, corporates, private equity houses and investments funds. Postholder will review and prepare briefings and presentations, practice notes, templates, precedents and documents; undertake various legal research tasks; act as a point of contact for clients, intermediaries and external parties; assist more senior fee earners with matter management and manage own matters when required; participate actively in departmental and team meetings.
The candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills; good time management and prioritisation skills; genuine interest in the law; attention to detail; good level of IT especially in document formatting; proactive approach showing initiative and enthusiasm; law degree/equivalent/relevant experience in a similar role.
