Description
Our client seeks the ideal candidate to lead recruitment and selection, collaborate on strategic projects, deliver training and organise impactful recruitment campaigns and improve processes, provide data-driven insights through HR metrics, ensure payroll deadlines met, sustain strong stakeholder relations.
Candidate must have proven experience in talent acquisition, onboarding and workforce planning; strong influencing, time management, organisation and analytical skills; proficient in HR tools, reporting systems and recruitment platforms; NVQ Level 4/relevant experience; CIPD Level 3 qualifications a plus.
