Postholder will ensure client cash flows additions or withdrawals and changes in portfolio strategy implemented with minimal client impact; maintain investment mandates and apply investment guidelines; maintain and update model portfolios and PIU and communication; review manual processes, considering risks and recommending potential solutions; act as contact for third party custody onboarding and queries; ensure client deadlines, internally agreed KPIs, SLAs and client reporting requirements met; undertake daily oversight checks including Batch reports, debit balances, CASS requirements, and daily bargain reports; ensure portfolio discounts correctly approved and portfolios updated to reflect new agreed fee rates; running analytical reports for variety of investment strategies; oversee business related projects; assist with preparing pitches to prospective clients across strategies and with production of technical materials for presentations; own intranet pages; build relationships; escalate breaches.
