Description
Our client has an 18-month fixed term contract opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary or a Secretary/PA with some experience in a legal environment to provide a professional, client-focussed personal assistant service acting executively on behalf of Senior Lawyers/Partners on a range of business matters in M&A team, where he/she will undertaking typing and transcribing, diary management, telephone and conference calls, file management and archiving, assisting with conflict checks, booking meeting rooms/equipment, assisting with creating new clients on Document Management system, checking expense claims, checking and proof-reading documents.
Candidate should MS Office proficient with good typing speeds and accuracy; excellent interpersonal, planning, organisational and communications skills; ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently under pressure.
