Description
Exciting challenge for a talented, experienced individual to provide high quality administration for a portfolio of fund clients with particular emphasis on the client service aspects of the business and involved in full client lifecycle, including client take-on process. Postholder will co-ordinate company secretarial matters including board meeting preparation and minutes of meetings; process fund operations, including drawdowns, distributions, transfers of interest, closings and equalisations; ensure understanding of transactions, providing technical support and training; act as mentor to junior staff and delegate work; ensure regulatory and statutory filings on time; co-ordinate on investor reporting, audit process, accounts distribution and filings; assist with completion of electronic payments, maintenance of banking systems, client communications, opening and closing of bank accounts, AML/KYC collation, transactional and internal procedural deadlines.
The successful candidate must have proven administration and company secretarial experience; hold/studying towards STEP/CGI/ACCA qualification; good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software; knowledge of specialist software such as document and entity management systems, as well as fund administration systems; good communication, time management, teamwork and relationship skills; flexible approach; able to work independently; able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
