Description
This exciting role is critical in designing, implementing and securing cloud-based environment while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR and other regulatory requirements, involving leading end-to-end migration of core infrastructure, designing and implementing high-performing Azure architectures; developing strategies for hybrid cloud environments and network integrations; optimising performance and cost-efficiency in Azure services; establishing compliance and governance policies for cloud data management; overseeing security frameworks; leading workshops and roadmap developments for M365 security, endpoint management, and device security; ensuring seamless integration and optimization of M365 applications; driving adoption of AI and machine learning technologies in Azure, leveraging cognitive services and automation tools; automating cloud deployments; monitor, detect and respond to security threats; work with cybersecurity teams to improve threat intelligence, security analytics, and vulnerability management.
The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years hands-on experience with MS Azure networking and security solutions and cloud security; expertise in Azure AD, identity protection, M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Teams; strong experience with compliance manager and data security frameworks; solid grasp of AI; experience implementing Zero Trust security architecture and hybrid cloud solutions; strong scripting and automation; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; team player at a fast pace; ability to translate technical concepts into business language; demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects; initiative and self-motivation; adaptability to emerging technologies; strong customer service orientation; strategic thinker.
