Description
Exciting role ensuring excellent client service and positive outcomes, including including handling inbound email and telephone queries, liaising with technical/product teams to resolve platform issues, supporting client onboarding and ‘early life,’ and helping to drive platform adoption across Introducer network. The postholder will understand the direction of the business and how objectives are managed; monitor response time and client/introducer feedback, funds and targets; support delivery of growth strategy and take operational decisions; minimise risk exposure; liaise with teams on performance and development needs; ensure absence, discipline and leave policies are adhered to; contribute to product development roadmaps and ensure general user platform queries easily resolved; work with marketing regarding social media content; contribute to moving leads through sales process by leads to applications, new accounts opened and accounts funded.
Requirements for this role are 3+ years experience in professional customer/client service role; ideally background in fintech or financial/fiduciary services sectors; experience and confidence with basic data manipulation such as Excel and CRM platforms such as Salesforce a plus; ambitious self starter keen to progress; strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills; able to prioritise activity; confident in ‘front of house’ position; must have sound risk acumen and experience dealing with intermediaries and ultra high net worth clients.
