Description
The successful candidate will provide first class service to the businesses customers, including end clients and Introducers. The candidate will be the voice and face of the Group by taking ownership of client and partner queries from initial contact to positive outcome. All aspects of client service including handling inbound email and telephone queries, liaising with technical/product teams to resolve platform issues, supporting client onboarding and 'early life', and helping to drive platform adoption across Introducer network.
