Description
The successful candidate will lead and develop a team focusing on end to end financial processes, driving continuous improvement and financial performance, and ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirements; oversee billing credit control, cashiering, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, client payments, staff expenses, investigations, monitoring cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity, managing banking relationships including maintaining bank mandates, online platforms and opening new accounts, resolving queries and delivering audits, supporting policies.
The successful candidate will be ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualified; experience in senior finance operations preferably law firm/professional services; excellent communication at all levels; strong organisation, analytical, problem solving, prioritisation, leadership and team management; experience in process improvement and financial controls; strong knowledge of local law society accounts rules, client accounting, probate admin and regulatory compliance, attention to detail; experience with financial systems and legal practice management software; strong IT skills.
