Description
This role would suit anyone with experience in line management, mentoring and/or coaching and someone who understands and/or had practical experience of formal investigatory or Enforcement processes, in addition to financial industry, regulatory and compliance experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the scoping of Enforcement case strategies, ensuring they are reasonable and proportionate.
- Actively manage the execution and conclusion of Enforcement cases and investigations in a timely, efficient and proportionate manner.
- Preparation and delivery of accurate, fair, balanced and transparent communications with internal and external stakeholders.
