Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Lawyer to support the Chief Legal Officer and play active role in team focusing primarily on provision of legal advice to various partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships and companies, together with their partners and senior management. The postholder will maintain protocols on letters of engagement, supplier contracts, outsourcing and terms of business; review special terms of business; assist with CDD, legal and regulatory questionnaires, review NDAs and licence and commercial agreements; develop precedent documents; review facility agreements and bank guarantees and service charge arrangements; support internal corporate governance, support on specific projects; liaise with external counsel; assist with data protection queries; oversee a legal counsel and paralegal; ensure bar counsel/law society requirements jurisdictional compliance.
If you have practical understanding of corporate law and in-house experience gained in regulated environment this would be advantageous, and must be able to manage diverse and complex workload at a fast pace; good team player with people management and relationship building teams; attention to detail and accuracy; highly organised, proactive, and diligent; excellent communicator who can adapt to change and focus on goals.
