Description
This role involves administering a complex and varied client portfolio with senior level of technical ability and supporting junior staff; take on of new business and ensuring new business processed efficiently; undertaking client and advisor visits and fee reviews and achieving fee collection targets; ensuring team meet commercial objectives; managing debtor days and cash collections; conducting uncommercial fee arrangement reviews and escalating concerns; ensuring staff training received and risk management is adhered to; interviewing; leading management of meetings; providing technical support regarding client structures and complex transactions; managing relationship development; supporting impact/risk assessment regarding changes in local and international regulations and legislation; take part in budget setting.
Candidate must have at least 10 years relevant experience; be ICSA/STEP qualified; excellent understanding of Trust Laws, Fiduciary duties, taxation and how it affects trust and corporate, and Trust and Company best practice; be ‘hands-on’ and pragmatic and solutions driven; commercial acumen; team player; able to adapt to change; self motivated; analytical, communication, numeracy and influencing skills; attention to detail; able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines; strong IT knowledge; risk aware.
