Description
This varied and interesting role consists of organising meetings, committee best governance, preparing and submitting event-driven fiilngs with company registries, maintaining statutory books and non-statutory registers, responding to CDD requests, maintaining corporate regulatoty calendar and global governance records and homepage, assisting with corporate projects, supporting annual audit and insurance renewals, assisting training, developing checklists and guidance notes for co sec processes, supporting integration of new jurisdictions, assisting with internal licensing approval for new products and service
The ideal candidate will be keen governance professional with experience in an in-house governance and/or co sec role; experience in regulated professional services environment advantageous as is studying/qualified with CGI; attention to detail and accurate; well organised and proactive, able to work independently and god judgement; sound communication skills; a plus would be knowledge of Viewpoint, Board Intelligence and iManage/similar.
