Description
This is a great and varied role undertaking Trust administration and providing high quality service to ever-growing and diversified international client base, meeting targets, attending and recording client meetings, being proactive in promoting constructive client service, feeding back on client matters, developing effective working relationships, ensuring good understanding of taxation and Trust and Company business and legal documents, assisting with project work, maintaining client records, identifying business development opportunities, developing commercial and competitor awareness, adhering to policies, being aware of risk and compliance and reporting suspicious transactions/complaints.
The ideal candidate will be ICSA/STEP Diploma qualified/equivalent, able to manage conflict with strong organisation, analytical, numerical and communication skills, flexible, self motivated and proactive team player with initiative and accuracy, able to work in fast paced environment, able to multi-task and prioritise under pressure and to tight deadlines, knowledge of Jersey finance industry and of Fiduciary duties, member of Professional Body, at least 5 years Trust experience, can consider newly promoted STOs, working knowledge of MS Office.
