Description
A customer service-oriented Service Delivery Supervisor to provide management and administration support to the Service Delivery Agents. The candidate will be considered the organisations 'front liner', dealing primarily with clients, engineers and Logicalis colleagues.
Service Delivery duties involve answering the phone, responding to emails, logging, allocating, chasing, updating and closing calls, chasing time sheets and missing time, scheduling workloads, updating clients, producing various statistics and invoicing. The goal is to ensure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.
