Description

Our client is seeking the right person for overseeing resourcing and recruiting requirements across CI and UK offices, identifying staffing needs and candidate selection criteria, organising recruitment/careers events, running Talent Programmes and monitoring training and learning and development initiatives, responding to audit requests, undertaking HR projects, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, helping with induction and managing employee workspaces concerning data, sourcing through LinkedIn and networks, liaising with agencies and interviewing and shortlisting, adhering to GDPR and company procedures

The successful candidate will have up to 3 years experience in similar role, experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods, advanced administration, organisation, time management, communication, numeracy and literacy skills; discretion and confidentiality awareness; experience with HR Database/recruitment portal, advanced MS Office skills.
