Description
This is a great opportunity overseeing team strategy and implementation involving operational decisions and forward thinking, and providing SME knowledge to small team of up to 3 direct reports. Role involves managing Banking partner relationships including operational onboarding of new banks and products; management of correspondent banking partnerships; management and processing of Daily/Real time updates of platform bank product rates, X-border payments, Settlements, Reconciliations, risk reporting, user acceptance testing, feature and user story creation, creating and developing policies and stakeholder management.
Requirements for this post are at least 9 years financial services experience including working knowledge of correspondent and partner banking relationship management, management and processing of payments, settlements and reconciliations, product management user story creation and planning/delivery/testing and stakeholder management, deposit aggregator business exposure, X-border payments, Virtual Account models, completing user profile reviews including banking platform access, experience with risk and compliance and establishing new teams and providing SME training.
