Description

This role plays a key part as integral part of client take-on team in ensuring operational excellence by ensuring robust CDD support, navigating multiple business processes and jurisdictional requirements.  Postholder will interact with diverse range of clients and benefit from professional development support; ensure compliance with financial crime and financial services businesses' requirements; uphold data protection and confidentiality; serve as primary point of contact for Cayman team and handle business escalations regarding CDD-related inquiries, including suggestions for process improvements; support manager and cover absences; proactively enhance operational processes and data integrity in client systems related to client risk assessment; collaborate closely with team members and other departments.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a CDD/client onboarding role n regulated/supervised Financial Services with licenses in Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, UK, HK or the BVI; in-depth understanding of corporate, fiduciary and/or funds services in international financial centre jurisdictions, including complex structures; proficient in AML regulations for client risk assessment and CDD on various legal entity types for regulated fiduciary, funds and/or corporate services; ability to learn and fully understand multiple and complex procedures across different jurisdictional regulatory requirements; superior organizational, analytical and time prioritization skills; extreme multi-tasker; excellent communication skills.
