Description

Duties will involve supporting the team in creation, development, and maintenance of HSS systems, including undertaking on-site opportunity to gain extra knowledge and obtaining a H&S certificate; assisting with preparation and writing of reports and documents; organising and maintain health and safety records; attending and contributing to team meetings; helping coordinate HSS initiatives; taking and distributing HSS meeting minutes; role will develop to taking on duties in risk assessments, inspections and audits; data processing; providing KPIs and data for company reports.
The successful candidate will have IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office; strong administration and communication skills; attention to detail; willingness to undertake qualifications to support professional growth; basic understanding of current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation; ideally excellent customer service experience; desire to work towards IEMA and NEBOSH qualifications.
