About the role:
Whilst providing high-quality administrative and reception support to the clinic you will also be the first point of contact for all visiting clients. You will require a high level of confidentiality and professionalism and be able to think quickly on your feet.
Duties:
Main reception duties, answering calls, booking appointments, updating CRM system, incoming email, and post, housekeeping of waiting room, stock check, maintaining petty cash and other general finance responsibilities.
About you:
-Passionate about delivering high-level customer service.
-Experienced in a similar role is preferable but not essential.
-Possesses strong administrative skills.
-Proficient user of Microsoft Packages.
-Highly organised
