About the role:
A brand-new role has been created to support and work alongside a well-established and supportive HR Team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for the Channel Islands with a core focus on the onboarding process for the whole business.

About you:
- - Recruitment experience either in an agency or in-house (preferably financial services).
- - Previous HR experience is preferable.
- - Understanding of local regularity and legislation regimes.
- - CIPD or REC Qualified.
- - Local market awareness.
- - Strong MS Office skills.
